Corel software announced a new program release its at PhotoMirage which allows you to enliven the pictures through the cinemagraph style.Corel’s new PhotoMirage is a program capable of creating animated GIFs in part with us from the image.The animation consists of several pictures appear one after the other and that’s what everybody knows, so you can create animations from video clips or multiple images captured on successively.But what if there was a way to move a certain part in the picture?
